Empire Electric has contracted with Sundance PPI to test power poles in the City of Cortez and the immediate area. The testing will take place through mid-May. The pole testers will have Sundance PPI logos on their clothing and carry identification cards. The pole testers will be wearing yellow reflective vests and travelling using a 4-wheeler or walking. Their vehicles will have Empire Electric logos and may be parked along roadways in the area they are working in. They will be testing all poles including those in yards and alleyways.
