Energy Efficiency Products Program

Member driven and programmed to save!

Together We Save

EEA and its wholesale power supplier Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association pay incentives to members with active accounts who purchase and install qualifying Energy Star® appliances, outdoor electric equipment, or electric vehicle chargers.  The deadline to submit an application is within 90 days of purchase and the incentive is based on the program in effect when the rebate is submitted to EEA. Contact EEA at 970-565-4444 or 800-709-3726 for more information.

EEA’s Rules and Regulations require you to advise EEA when making any material changes or increases in your connected load, i.e. installing large electric appliances like on demand water heaters, heat pumps, or electric vehicle chargers. Call EEA Engineering at (970) 564-4406 to schedule an assessment before you purchase or install your new electric equipment. Rebates may be denied if you refuse to install required service upgrades.

Rebates are credited to your electric bill.  Please allow at least 6 to 8 weeks for the rebate to appear. EEA reserves the right to inspect the installation of any rebated appliance or equipment.  Please review program details below.

Qualified Energy Star® Appliances

To qualify for rebates, your appliances must be on the list of official Energy Star® qualifying appliances. Please review the list before purchasing your new appliance.

  • Clothes Dryers - Energy Star® Certified Only

  • Heat Pump Water Heaters - Energy Star® Certified Only

  • Clothes Washer rebates are no longer available as of January 1, 2023. If you purchased a qualifying clothes washer in 2022 you can submit a rebate until February 26 2023 if you meet all of the 2022 requirements including the 90 day limit.
