As a cooperative, EEA is a voluntary organization, open to all persons able to use its services and willing to accept the responsibilities of membership. EEA is a democratic organization controlled by its members, who actively participate in setting its policies and making decisions.  The men and women who serve as representatives on the Board of Directors are accountable to its membership.

This page is designed to help our members stay informed about co-op matters. The Board of Directors meet the second Friday of each month except in rare instances. The meeting begins at 8:30 a.m. at EEA's main office, 801 N. Broadway, Cortez.  Each month's agenda is posted 10 days prior to the meeting.  All members are reminded that public comment is heard at the beginning of each meeting. Health and safety recommendations may require members to participate virtually. Please contact us for further information.
