Understanding My Bill is an overview of a residential bill statement to help you understand how your electric bill is calculated.

Auto Pay allows you to set up an automatic bank or credit card draft to pay your monthly electric bill. We accept Master Card, Visa, or Discover.

Budget Billing Plan allows you the freedom and convenience of knowing your monthly energy bill amount will be the same each month.

Account Login is a secure on-line payment and account service. Sign up with an email address and password to access your account information and usage history or sign up for notifications and paperless billing.

Pay by Phone is an automated system that walks you through the payment process when you use a credit card or an E-check.

New Pay by Kiosk located in the entry foyer of our office located at 801 N. Broadway, Cortez. You can pay with cash or a debit / credit card. You will need your account number. If you do not have it handy you can call us at (970) 565-4444 and request it. This service is available at anytime.

Pay in Person at our office located at 801 N. Broadway, Cortez. Office hours are Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
